Alfred A. Park

Attorney

Mr. Park has practiced in the area of civil litigation in New Mexico since 1995. He graduated from Purdue University where he received a degree in American History. In 1995, he graduated from the George Washington University School of Law. Upon completion of law school, Mr. Park clerked for Chief United States District Court Judge John Edwards Conway from 1995 to 1997. Following his clerkship, Mr. Park entered private practice, working in civil litigation. He is licensed in state and federal court and before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. In 1999, Mr. Park was selected from a nationwide pool of applicants as one of two Pegasus Trust Scholars by the American Inns of Court. As a Pegasus Scholar, he spent three months in London, England, studying the British legal system and working with barristers and judges. Mr. Park has extensive experience in the areas of governmental liability, civil rights litigation, medical malpractice, wrongful death, employment litigation, insurance defense, alleged police misconduct, automobile liability, product liability, commercial litigation, premises liability and pro se defense.

Amy Headrick

Attorney

Ms. Headrick earned her bachelor's degree in political science from The University of Michigan in 1991. Following graduation, she spent two years working and studying in Japan before attending Tulane University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 1998. While in law school, she contributed to the Tulane Maritime Journal, participated in the Appellate Clinic, and graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. Ms. Headrick has extensive experience in civil defense, including insurance coverage, personal injury, medical malpractice, complex civil litigation, and government defense. She practiced in Louisiana and Alaska before joining the New Mexico Bar. Ms. Headrick serves on the Board of the New Mexico Defense Lawyers' Association and has presented at national continuing legal education programs and insurance conferences. She is admitted to practice before the State Bar of New Mexico, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Celina C. Baca-Hoffman

Attorney

Ms. Baca-Hoffman has a BA in history from the University of New Mexico. Ms. Baca-Hoffman graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2012. She has tried cases in state district court and state magistrate courts. Ms. Baca-Hoffman's practice has involved various areas of law including criminal prosecution and a multitude of civil areas, to include personal injury defense, medical malpractice defense, catastrophic injury, insurance defense, government defense, premises liability and general liability. Ms. Baca-Hoffman is admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico.

Geoffrey D. White

Attorney

Mr. White graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2009. He has tried cases in federal court, state district court, state magistrate court, and before the New Mexico Workers Compensation Administration. Mr. White has defended doctors, teachers, truck drivers, homeowners, local businesses, state agencies, national companies, and international corporations. His areas of practice experience include civil rights, medical malpractice, complex civil litigation, products liability, premises liability, trucking and transportation, retail litigation, and general liability. Mr. White also has prosecuted appeals before the New Mexico Court of Appeals and writ proceedings before the Supreme Court of New Mexico. Mr. White is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He was selected as a Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. Mr. White is rated as a Martindale Hubble "AV" Preeminent Attorney.

James J. Grubel

Mr. Grubel has a BA in history from the College of New Jersey and a MA in Latin American studies in 2001. He continued his studies and earned his J.D. in 2006. While in law school, Mr. Grubel served as the Chair of the Graduate and Professional Students Association. Mr. Grubel's practice has touched upon varied areas of the law. He has significant experience representing large financial institutions, corporations, state agencies, public employees, municipalities, police officers, school districts, medical professionals, and individuals in disputes ranging from class actions to domestic matters. He successfully litigated the termination of the longest running federal consent decree in New Mexico. Mr. Grubel is admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico.

Office Manager

Ms. Ertsgaard has been with Park & Associates, LLC, since its inception in 2011 and is an integral part of its day-to-day operations. She handles all Court filings, office calendaring, as well as most administrative tasks for the law firm. She is responsible for scheduling and coordinating with clients and staff on a daily basis. She is an avid book reader, animal lover, and enjoys hot air ballooning in her spare time.

Ms. Doyle completed CNM's paralegal program in 1995 and has worked as a civil litigation paralegal in medical malpractice defense since that time. She has extensive experience in medical record analysis and interfacing with medical legal experts. She also has experience in document management of class action lawsuits.

Tobanna Barker

Paralegal

Ms. Barker graduated from Seattle University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Drama. She returned to Seattle University for law school and received her J.D. in 2008. She practiced law for approximately five years before deciding to focus on other endeavors. She has significant experience in all phases of civil litigation, including document analysis, requesting and responding to discovery, and dispositive motions. Ms. Barker also has a passion for theatre and, outside the office, can usually be found backstage at Albuquerque Little Theatre.

After spending some time in the Film industry, he attended Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas and graduated in 2014. Mr. Green sat for the New Mexico State Bar and spent 4 years working in Albuquerque as a Social Security Disability attorney. He also has experience representing clients in Federal District Court.
